Revise and develop new Bridge Improvement Master Plan for Ethiopian Roads Authority for the coming 5 years, 2. upgrade the existing bridge construction cost estimation software, 3. Upgrading of the existing version 6.1 BMS (Bridge Management System) software and integrating it with the newly expected web based GIS enabled system of Relational Database supported by Geo database (Geographic information system,) 4. Develope method for Residual Bearing Capacity Determination of existing Bridges to Ethopian Roads Authority 5. Conduct Major Bridge / Culvert inventory and inspection of all structures under the four road networks
